Q: How do I choose the right paint color?
A: due to the varying resolutions from device to device and the effects lighting will have in the space the color will be apply, we strongly suggest trying out samples before purchasing the paint.

Q: Can I return opened paint samples?
A: Refunds are not accepted for mixed paint and samples. When accepted, it will be at Paintbound's discretion and the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with the return.

Q: What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
A: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. We'll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund. Provide photos of the damaged items for our records.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout. Please refer to the estimated delivery time provided during the checkout process for an estimate.
